9:00am: Hotel Pick-Up
Get picked up from your accommodation in Lisbon.
10:00am: Visit to Setubal Market
Explore the vibrant Setubal Market, known for its fresh local produce, seafood, and regional specialties. Try freshly shucked oysters, or seasonal fruits, like cherries or peaches.
11:45am: Winery Visit
After exploring the local market, it’s now time to enjoy a winery tour and tasting. You’ll be dropped off at one of the finest and oldest wineries in the region, where some of Portugal’s best wines are produced. You’ll have a tour of the grounds and cellars, with an in-depth explanation of the history and production. Then, sip on 4 premium wines, two reds, one white, and one Moscatel, the region’s specialty.
2:00pm: Lunch Stop
Stop for lunch nearby at a local restaurant where you can try regional dishes paired with local wine. Eat like the locals do!
4:30pm: Scenic Return Drive
Enjoy a picturesque drive back to Lisbon, passing through the rolling hills and vineyards of the Setúbal wine region. Take in the stunning views and snap some photos of the landscape.
6:00pm: Hotel Drop-off
Arrive back at your hotel with a newfound appreciation for Setúbal’s wines and culture.
